Welcome to our latest update, a lot of activities this week so please read to the end :)

Basketball

"The UCIS JV Girls Basketball team wrapped up their 2018-2019 CMAC season on Thursday, February 14th after participating in the CMAC Championship tournament at Grace International School.

In the semi-final game, the Falcons suffered a defeat in heartbreaking fashion against Lanna International School (LIS).  The Falcons played a strong game and entered the last minute of play with a 2 point lead, but LIS managed to score a 3-point basket with only 2 seconds remaining to defeat the Falcons by a score of 29-28.

In the third place game, the Falcons suffered another close loss by 2 points at the hands of Grace International School.  This 4th place finish marks a successful first season for the Falcons, who won 4 out of their 5 regular season games, and had a strong performance in the CMAC tournament.

Congratulations to our girls for their immense improvement over the course of the season!"

The UCIS boys varsity basketball team was eliminated from the CMAC playoffs following a loss to Prem Tinsulanonda International School (PTIS) on Friday, February 15th.  The Falcons traveled to PTIS for a first-round playoff game and they were defeated handily by the Panthers.  While the Falcons ended the varsity season winless, the future looks bright for the Falcons boys basketball team, who will return all players from the team - including young talent sure to improve in the offseason.  We are already looking forward to next season!
